Nestled in the quiet community of The Refuge, just 3.7 miles from Fenwick Island’s sandy beaches, this elegant 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home offers the ideal mix of comfort, style, and convenience. Step inside and enjoy the home’s bright, open layout designed for gathering. The fully stocked kitchen features island seating, a breakfast nook, and both casual and formal dining spaces, including a table that seats eight, perfect for meals shared after a day in the sun. Off the main living space, a cozy three-seasons room and small open deck invite you to relax in the fresh coastal air. The home comfortably sleeps up to ten guests. On the main floor, you’ll find a bedroom with two twin beds as well as a primary suite with a king bed, spa-like bathroom, soaking tub, shower, and private water closet. Upstairs, the airy loft doubles as an additional sleeping space with a daybed. The second primary suite offers a king bed and shower, while another spacious bedroom includes three twin beds and its own private bath. The living room is equally inviting, with plenty of space for everyone to gather for movies, games, or simply winding down.
