Golf, Pools, and the Beach! Located in the award-winning resort community of Bayside, this home offers the perfect vacation getaway. Only 3 blocks from the Sun Ridge Pool complex with a large playground, two pools, splashpad, hot tub, beach volleyball, basketball, and tennis courts, this home is situated on a peaceful cul-de-sac. This home is setup great for three families. Downstairs you will find a welcoming large open floorplan with a large open kitchen, dining, and living area with three triple recliner couches and a 75” Roku TV. The master bedroom has a king bed, a day bed with a twin bed trundle, and a home office. Upstairs you will find a second living area with a 65” Roku TV, two bedrooms with king beds, and a kids bunk room with four full size beds and a twin trundle bed. There are so many things to do at Bayside. Amenities include tennis courts, indoor and outdoor pools with snack bars, hot tubs, splash zone for kids, fitness centers, kayaking, paddle boards, basketball court, volleyball court, nature walking and biking trails, 18 hole Jack Nicklaus signature golf course, and more. Bring your poles and go fishing in one of the stocked ponds or try your luck at crabbing from the pier. Enjoy live music at one of the scheduled events throughout the community, or attend a performance at the Freeman Arts Pavilion located just within the community entrance. Bayside is just a short 4 mile drive to Fenwick Island and Ocean City beaches and attractions. SHOPPING/RESTAURANTS: Within Bayside, Signatures offers year-round full service dining, and 38 Degrees at The Point is open seasonally. A Harris Teeter grocery store, CVS pharmacy, PNC Bank, Fox's Pizza Den restaurant, wine/liquor store, ice cream shop, and McDonalds are conveniently located at the entrance of the community. In addition, there are many other great dining and shopping options within a short drive of Bayside. \* Please note that some resort amenities are subject to seasonal schedules or may be impacted by Covid-19 closures. \* Bayside Amenity Passes are not included in the rental rates. Purchase is optional, but passes are required for guests ages 5 and older to access the pools, fitness centers, sports courts, kayaking, and paddle boarding in Bayside. Amenity fees are priced per person and vary by the time of year (see below). The Health & Aquatics Center and sports courts remain open year-round. Outdoor pools close during the off-season. Golf is available for an additional fee. First, ill say that i am a usual customer of the competitor, but they couldn’t accommodate my large family vacation this year. So i checked this site out and found this location. Was skeptical because there wasnt any payment plan options, or refunds available for emergency. But that is where the complaints stop. From check in to check out, the location was everything we expected and more. And it is equipped with everything you will need for your family to enjoy your time. The kids loved going outside and riding the bikes with the neighbors. We needed to bring nothing for the.beach as everything was in the garage at our convenience. TVs in every room, play room for the kids, backyard, fully equipped kitchen, the house has it all. Not sure if it thwy were left by the host or the previous guests, but the cabinets and pantry were stacked with the essentials. My family is big on cooking and baking, and everything we needed was there, except a kitchenaid mixer, which i brought myself. From the very organized kitchen, spacious bedrooms, and play area for our children — we honestly could not wait to book it again! The house is in a beautiful community with amazing amenities which made us wish we were there longer. The location is very convenient! I love how we were able to plan a trip to the beach without worrying about travel time, try local restaurants, and go to the grocery for whatever we needed during our stay. ##### Rianna S. The two family rooms are great if you have kids. Rooms are spacious. All of the amenities provided cover everything you will need. The house was also very nice and i have to say the mattresses were very comfortable (which is usually not the case for most places!) The only thing we had issues/thing to note was not all 3 showers can be used at the same time or someone would be showering in cold water. Also, we had a bit of issue with upstairs lounge area tv (tv couldn’t connect to wifi). But overall, great place to stay and would definitely come back! ##### Sunny P. We absolutely loved staying in this home, it was perfect for our whole family (9 of us in total). The house was equipped with so much for adults and kids (bikes, play room etc..) and with three families in one home, it didn’t feel as if we were in each other’s way at all! We didn't need to travel with all of our beach stuff as they had beach toys and chairs. There was also a very well stocked kitchen full of cookware, which I usually struggle with when traveling because most places aren't well stocked. We stayed with another family and it was really great to have all the toys for the little kids upstairs, kept them entertained while the adults cooked, hung out, etc. The garage also has bikes, scooters, helmets, plenty of things for the kids to do. We really loved the neighborhood and the pool is so close you can walk or bike there. We did go to the beach, which is close, although the kids would have preferred just to stay in the community the entire time! ##### annie s.
