We live in Bayside and rented this home so our daughter could have senior week at our home with her friends. It was nicely updated and very clean, and included all linens. Check in and out all remote. The home was clean, updated, spacious and perfect for a family. Plenty of clean Linens and towels! Plenty of parking. The location in bayview can’t be beat. Loved having access to the pools and ability to use the golf cart provided by the property! Close to the family pool with splash pad for kids and a playground. Perfect for families! Definitely will be staying again in the future. If you have small children bring a portable gate because there are 3 floors and lots of stairs. Worked perfectly for us! ##### Katie J. Great community and close to the beach. The townhouse was perfectly located and owner provided golfcart was a big hit with the kids! The owner was very helpful in getting us set for a great week. It was a longer drive to the beach than expected but it was a holiday weekend.
