Hotel is in an industrial area, close to a truck depot and a rail line. Overall it is rundown and should be torn down.

The staff is great. My grandson left his prize stuffed horse in the room. They found it and mailed it back to us in the US - not questions asked at their expense. I am so grateful!!! The hotel itself is clean and our room was spacious. The area around the hotel is “industrial” but was safe and quiet. It was about 20 minutes to Disney and about 10 minutes to Meaux. The value was worth the drive.

This is a budget hotel in an industrial estate. The room is nice enough but the bed was uncomfortable - too soft. Poor value for money.

Don’t stay here
There was no warning until I had booked that check - in closed at 10pm and I had a late arrival. When I called I was told the only option was to send an email to a bizarre looking email address with my credit card details expiry date and security code!!! They charge €20 to check in late but all they do is send you a code to open a safe deposit box so I don’t understand why that costs €20. The room smelt of BO and needed hoovering.

All guest can to see the opening time directly on reservations. All guests must to respect the opening time for check-in. We propose an exceptionnal service option late check-in but this service cost 20 euro. Thanks.

Hot day? Impossible to sleep...
Very hot room, with no air con or staff with the ability to get an alternative like a fan. Open the window to mosquitoes and the sound of industrial estate and the train track directly behind. No sleep and no sympathy from the staff even though we explained in French. Not in Meaux. Need to drive. Internet was inconsistent Rooms looked as advertised.

Nice staff but not a desirable location being right next to a haulage train track. No air conditioning and if you open the window you hear train noise every 10 to 15 mins! Sink plug did not open Very small room for 2 double beds Not worth the price

Perfect for Disney
The shower was incredible after a long day around Disney it was needed and the bed comfortable to. The hotel dose exactly what you want. Would recommend for people who want to go to Disney but not pay stupid Disney hotel prices.

Pleasant stay but not as close to Disney as stated
The primary reason we stayed at this hotel was because it was advertised as being 6.5miles away from Disneyland Paris. In fact 10miles via at least 4 roundabouts. The hotel can't help the roundabouts but they've got to be honest in their advertising. It took at least 20mins and if you're not confident driving in France you are not going to want to do this drive. That said, the drive does go through some gorgeous countryside. The hotel is located in a run down industrial estate, but the town of Villenoy is within walking distance. There is a railway line very close to the hotel where freight trains regularly go by. However the windows are very good at blocking out the noise at night I wasn't disturbed once. There was no air conditioning in our room so we had the dilemma of hot quiet room or cooler noisy room at times. The room was of a good size with a king size bed. The bathroom was a really good size but for some reason the sink was set back along side the shower. So if you're particularly broad shouldered you would have to brush your teeth sideways on. The room was clean and modern. Two gripes about the housekeeping on day 3 our pillows didn't get there pillow cases back and on day 4 the housekeeping wasn't done at all. Perhaps whoever was doing it had an off day. The staff were excellent, courteous and friendly and all spoke very good English. There's free WiFi, Free parking and an option for a continental Breakfast at €8 pp per day. One final note there is no lift.

Our directions to Disneyland are listed in the room directory on your bed in your room. The hotel is located in a development area. We study the possibility of air conditioning and we confirm the absence of elevator. Regarding the maintenance of your room we do not systematically change the bed linen which allows us to offer you preferential rates over several days. Nice hotel 30 min from Disney and a mile from publ
Nice small hotel, wonderfull staff. Very clean and the staff speaks English. Not as close to Disney as we wanted but overall a good find for a great price.

Hôtel très proche a 15 min de Disney a 5 minutes d'une zone commerciale super pratique ça. Situé dans une zone d activités donc calme . Literie propre couette et oreillers supplémentaires dans l armoire. Petit déjeuner en supplément mais pour 9€50 pour les adultes et 5€ pour les enfants il et très copieux et variés

Très bon hôtel proche Disney. Pensez à venir chercher votre clé le matin si vous comptez rester tard à Disney. Sinon s’il fait chaud et que vous ouvrez la fenêtre vous risquez d’entendre la voie ferrée à côté (on entend rien quand les fenêtres sont fermées)

Moderne Zimmer, Sauber, Personal freundlich, Zimmer müssten neu gestrichen und repariert werden, Mussten Zimmer wechseln wegen kaputter Dusche, im neuen Zimmer Kaputtes Licht im Bad. Fussleisten sehen nach Wasserschaden aus, laut personal liegt es an einem Bruch der Klimaanlage und es sieht im jeden Zimmer so aus. Gibt leider ein paar Dinge die man machen muss deswegen kann man dieses Hotel im moment nicht empfehlen. Einfach vorher Anrufen und fragen ob die Mängel behoben wurden, dan kann man es empfehlen.

Je suis tombé malheureusement sur une chambre où il n'y avait pas la climatisation j'ai dû dormir la fenêtre ouverte sauf qu'il y a des trains juste à côté et des poids-lourds qui roule toute la nuit Et si je rajoute un couple qui s'est engueulés jusqu'à 2h du matin Je n'ai pas passé un super moment dans cet hôtel La le réceptionniste m'a quand même offert le petit déjeuner pour s'excuser
