Property Summary  
Villa Viva-by the Sea is a modern, newly built three-family house located in Seget Vranjica, just 4 km from the historic town of Trogir in the Solin region of Croatia. This vacation rental offers a range of amenities, including a shared swimming pool, yard, internet WiFi, parking, and an installment plan option. The property is situated in a quiet and sunny location, just 60 meters from the sea and beach, and within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and cafes.  
  
Outdoors  
The property boasts a shared angular swimming pool (8 x 4 meters, 1.5 meters deep) with an internal staircase and a salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. The pool is available seasonally from May 15th to September 16th. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor shower area and a yard.  
  
Other Information  
Please note that the owner does not accept youth groups. Additionally, there is an airfield located 12 kilometers from the property. The swimming pool also features a hydromassage feature.  
  
Distances and Attractions  
The property is conveniently located just 500 meters from the center of Seget Vranjica, a charming seaside town. Nearby attractions include a shop (500 meters), grocery store (1 km), supermarket (6 km), restaurants and cafes (600 meters), a pebble beach (500 meters), and a rocky beach (60 meters). The historic town of Trogir, known for its beautiful UNESCO-listed Old Town, is just 4 kilometers away, making it an easy day trip destination.

Unit Layout  
You will be staying in a 2-room house that spans across 68 square meters and two levels. The house features modern furnishings, including one room with a French bed measuring 160 cm wide and 200 cm long, as well as a shower and toilet. This room provides direct access to the terrace. On the upper floor, you'll find a combined living and dining area with another shower, toilet, and a satellite TV with a flat screen. This level also leads out to a balcony.  
  
Amenities Included  
The open kitchen is well-equipped with a dishwasher, four ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. Other amenities include a washing machine and complimentary WiFi internet access. The house does not have a heating option.  
  
Other Information  
The balcony measures 8 square meters and is furnished with balcony furniture, offering a beautiful panoramic view of the sea. Please note that this is a non-smoking house with a private entrance. The property is perfect for a relaxing vacation by the sea and the pool, as suggested by its name "Viva-by the sea-by the pool."
