The holiday flat 'Haus Excelsior Top 6' in Seefeld in Tirol is the ideal accommodation for a relaxing holiday.  
  
The 40 m² accommodation consists of a living room with a fold-away bed for 2 people, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, a sleeping alcove in the entrance area (with a 1.90 m long bed) and a bathroom. It therefore offers space for a family of four (2 adults and 2 children). The apartment is also equipped with high-speed WLAN and satellite TV. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the house for a fee.  
  
There is also a table tennis table and a shared sauna.  
  
A baby cot and high chair are available on request for a fee.  
  
The highlight of this accommodation is the south-facing balcony, where you can relax and enjoy the afternoon sun. A shared outdoor area, consisting of a barbecue, is also available for your use.
