There is plenty of room, chairs, and couches to sit on, games to play, and just general good vibes for relaxing! Jackie was a great host. The furniture was nice, everything was more or less brand new. Definitely a full time rental property (vs someone’s home), which provides benefits of cleanliness and uncluttered-ness. seems like a very nice neighborhood and gave 4/5 stars for location only because it was a bit difficult to get to with non-4WD car during snow and ice. We felt the rules/instructions were a bit restrictive (water use concern with septic system) and unclear (recycling requirements) but these were very minor; overall had a great experience. The kids loved the place. Extra points for house preparation - everything we needed for cleaning was available, and we encountered a brief area-wide power outage during an ice storm over the holiday and the house had flashlights in each room’s nightstand! overall 5/5 ##### Mark E.
