This property is wonderful! Everything is very clean and well taken care of. Contact with the owner is easy and she responded very quickly to any questions we had.If we come back to Sedona this house will be my first choice.
This is a very cute, clean, and cozy home. The location is perfect and easy to get anywhere in Sedona from here. Very easy drive for day trips to Grand Canyon and Petrified Forest. Mollie lives in unit next door and only there if needed you will never know she’s there unless you need her.
We had a fantastic time at Mollie’s place. It was just as described on VRBO. We loved the quiet neighborhood, which was just outside of uptown Sedona. We had so many restaurants, a couple grocery stores, in our area to pick from along with hiking trails. There was one trail we loved and it was only a few minutes away. As for Mollie she was so helpful and very attentive to anything we needed. The place was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was one of our best vacations!!
Oh my gosh. This property was perfect for our first trip to Sedona. Centrally located, easy to find, had everything we needed. Mollie is a super host and definitely has my recommendation. 10/10!! Super clean, comfy bed, extra touches that made you feel at home
This was a beautiful property in a quiet neighborhood in walking distance from multiple trails. The property was clean, updated, and true to the listing. Mollie helped us with everything we needed for the week. I can’t say enough great things about our stay. We will definitely plan to return!
Easiest 5-star rating ever assigned. The host was great with a helpful list of recommended hikes. The place was clean and spacious for a 1 BR unit with a private outdoor area that gets lots of sun. Location of the rental is perfect. you can walk to the sugarloaf TH and avoid Sedona parking chaos on the weekend. The kitchen is well supplied for people that like to cook when on the road. would stay there again in a heartbeat.
The property is in a great location set on a quiet cul-de-sac. Easy access to many restaurants and trailheads for hiking. Mollie, the property manager, was very helpful and nice. She provided an informative welcome packet as well as a parking pass if needed for some of the hikes. If we go back to Sedona, we will be staying here if it's available. Victor
The house was comfortable and a good location to everything we needed. Mollie greeted us when we got there to show us around the house. The Red Rock parking was provided with the rental which was awesome so we didn’t have to worry about where to get it. There are many trail heads close to the house. Overall an awesome experience.
We loved staying here. It was absolutely spotless and you can tell that Mollie cares about the details. She had an awesome list of trails and restaurants that we used, and she greeted us when we arrived. Communication with Mollie was great; she reached out to check if we needed anything after our first day, which I thought was wonderful. She provided great coffee, trail bars, and bottled water. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting the area — with its proximity to shops, restaurants and groceries — but also quiet and feels secluded in the best way. The perfect place to rest our heads and take a shower (great water pressure!) after a day full of hiking!
Amazing, tranquil property with easy access to the heart of Sedona
Simply said - I can’t recommend staying at this home enough. Perfect for 1-4 people.
The home is in a very quiet area that is surprisingly close to downtown and uptown Sedona - 5 to 10 minutes to grocery stores, shopping, restaurants, etc. This was critical for me as tourist traffic in Sedona can get VERY heavy. It is incredibly clean, well decorated, and serene. The host was very accessible and incredibly kind. She went out of her way to make sure my stay was exactly what I wanted every time I reached out to her.
The host provided consistently great recommendations on tours, shopping, restaurants, and activities that made my trip very enjoyable - helping me see the best of all that Sedona and has to offer.
If you are a hiker, the host is a part-time hiking guide with excellent recommendations based on your interests and skill level. Additionally, the property is an easy 10-15 minute walk to beautiful hiking trails for all skill levels. Saw a beautiful sunset at the summit of Sugarloaf with a relatively easy hour-long hike just by leaving the front door.
Given the beautiful home, its location/proximity to the best of Sedona, and the ultra-helpful host, staying here definitely enhanced my trip to Sedona. I am already looking forward to my return visit!
After making the decision to do a spiritual/wellness retreat in Sedona, I needed find a place to stay. I first looked at hotels and was shocked at how expensive they were! I then decided to check out VRBO - and I am so glad I did! I saw a listing for this charming house in West Sedona which was very close to where my sessions were taking place. Gotta say, selecting this property was a GREAT decision! The owner, Mollie was very communicative in the weeks leading up to my stay. In addition to providing me with all of the information I needed to know regarding check-in, etc., she also sent me a list of hiking trails and restaurants to check out! She was there to greet me when I arrived and showed me the house.... and she is super nice! From the minute I entered, I felt immediately "at home". Mollie also contacted me during my stay to make sure I had everything I needed! The place is cozy and super charming, beautifully decorated with southwestern art, plants and crystals. There was even a basket of fresh fruit, and bottles of water in the refrigerator when I arrived. The house has a private entrance, full kitchen and private patio and dining area. It's situated on a quiet street but just one minute drive away from Rt. 89A, the main road in West Sedona. There's a supermarket right down the road which was very convenient for me, and there are plenty of restaurants and boutiques very close by as well. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say that this house really is the perfect place to stay in Sedona! When I come back in the future, I know exactly where I'll be staying!! :)
