Even though technician came to update wire, still extremely slow or most of the time no WiFi. Hundreds of small bugs came in the room through the sliding door and we needed to kill them in the night.

Wonderful location , great room, full frig and quite a bit of cooking equipment (i didn't cook) very quiet. It would be all 5's except the couch was not comfy, quite old. We had 4 people in a one bedroom with a fold-out. The room/ bed in room was great, but foldout bed not. Kitchen sink backed up and coffee pot was slow, really slow. Otherwise, great room and location and the price was very reasonable

This property was nice and quiet, not far from downtown Sedona and the woman who checked us in was great. She gave us special glasses to wear so we could see the eclipse. We really enjoyed our stay and will recommend to our friends.

Stayed here from 3/27-3/31 with my boyfriend and when I reserved this through Expedia, it stated wifi was accessible in the rooms. When we checked in and got to our room, we discovered the wifi and cell service/LTE/5G doesn’t extend to our room and we had to sit outside everytime we wanted to use our phones. Two nights we were outside and saw multiple javelinas within 20 feet of us. When I called guest registration to see what the issue was and if there was anything they could do, they said having wifi in the rooms is a privilege and they can’t do anything.

Pretty disappointing experience. The sad thing is the disappointing aspects could be easily fixed with just some motivation on the hotels part. The Wi-Fi was dismal and not working the entirety of the time which is difficult in a location where cellular service is poor. Additionally, we called and asked immediately to have our room fireplace fixed. We were told maintenance would come never did. We went on to call another three times excuses each time kind of hurt the ambience.

Beautiful property and room, we loved the view of the pond and its surroundings. Close drive to site seeing, hiking, shopping and lots of restaurants. Wish we could have stayed longer!

The property is located in a very private area and was not easy to locate. We had a spectacular view of the Oak Creek out our sliding doors. The walls were paper thin and we could hear our neighbors during the night. The WiFi was not good - property stated that they would be working on an upgrade to the WiFi soon, but that did not help us during our stay. We think the cleaning could be a bit better. The room needs some updating and some minor repairs could be completed. The whirlpool tub was nice to have in the room and provided some much needed relaxation.

We stayed at the villas on this property. Rooms were nice and clean. They did not provide daily services which was ok, but we did ask for fresh towels after 5 days. Gas fireplace was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Recliner was showing its age - could use a new one. Kitchenette was handy. Coffee maker a plus as well. Good location close to trails and local attractions. Wi-fi did not work and my cell signal was not good - only inconvenience during this stay.

First, we would stay here again. We loved Adam who checked us in and came by later to help with the TV. We only had two issues, no internet and both the bathroom and kitchen sink were VERY slow draining, which could be gross. Adam told us they were fixing the internet for the property but it wouldn’t be until after we left. It was frustrating. Overall the room was clean, quiet and the location was great.

The sink drainage isn't because of a plumbing issue, rather it is because we have under the sink dishwashers, so the slope of the drain is gradual as a result.We just got board approval to upgrade the Wi-Fi system and bring in 500 Mbps fiber optic internet, so we are working diligently to get this in the works promptly. Sorry for the frustration and we hope to see you again after we get the internet resolved.Thank you for staying with us.

We really enjoyed the huge room. We had a nice view from the patio and felt very safe. The room had a fireplace, giant main room, a small refrigerator, and usable kitchen with dishes, and a giant tub. We didn't use the kitchen or the tub, but enjoyed the space that the two of us had. Parking was spacious, too. It's a little down off the main road - it's at the very bottom of the road.

We had a large room that overlooked a beautiful lake with the red rocks in the background. It was a wonderful night. Tracy at the front desk was very helpful at check in. Very peaceful place.

We absolutly loved our stay! The property was really nice and well maintained. The room was nice and spacious. The room was very clean and i really liked the shower. The staff was really friendly and she told me some good places to eat. We will stay here again next time we are in sedona!!

The room was very clean and comfortable. However, we had to call maintenance to have our heater turned off because it was very loud. The internet did not work (which was advertised as an amenity) and cell service was poor so I couldn’t use my hotspot. The walls are thin so we heard our neighbors late at night and early in the morning.

Reliable internet is crucial, especially when it’s advertised as an amenity. We are working with our board to get this rectified promptly, we apologize for the inconvenience. This is definitely being rectified in short order. We have no control over the cell service due to our geographical location. Sometimes being in a remote location can have its benefits.We do hope that these challenges, when resolved, will prompt you to give us another try. We hear you and will tend to each of your concerns.

Loved the gas fireplace in the villa especially since it snowed during our stay. Plenty of room in the villa and bed was extremely comfortable. Would definitely recommend if you are staying in Sedona.
