The scenery from the living area and deck is amazing. Mountains all around. Good outdoor space as well with a grill and sitting area as well as a fire pit. Great location...only about a half mile into town. Only a few issues. There was no coffee or bottled water when we arrived at 3 a.m. I would recommend the owner supply, at a minimum coffee and water and maybe a few snacks. Also, the mgmt company only provided online information about the property and Sedona. It would have been nice to brochures with things to do in the area. While the house was generally clean, the dining table had food on it as well as the chairs. Wasn't a big deal but the cleaners could have done a better job.
