Lorsque nous sommes arrivés devant l'établissement nous étions déjà très heureux de notre choix, le décor était splendide, l'accueuil et la visite des lieux communs incluant notre chambre étaient vraiment conforme à nos attentes. Nous avons passé qu'une nuit au Penrose, lit et chambre très confortable et petit déjeuner copieux, les hôtes ont été très charmants. The staff are exceptional. They greet you like family and anticipate every need without being intrusive. Their attention to detail makes the stay effortless and comfortable. From warm welcomes to thoughtful recommendations for dining and sightseeing, the hospitality feels personal and genuine. The homemade breakfast is extraordinary. Every dish is fresh, beautifully prepared, and served with care. The ingredients are high quality, and the menu changes daily, so each morning feels special. Sitting at the breakfast table overlooking the red rocks with coffee in hand is an experience you’ll remember. I rarely return to the same place twice, but Penrose is different. It leaves a lasting impression. The combination of breathtaking views, outstanding service, and authentic warmth makes it a place worth revisiting. We found it very convenient to go to/from Sedona while having a quiet place to recuperate from hikes. The room was comfortable with a large bathroom, and a great view. The breakfasts were terrific, different every day, and seemed amenable to food allergies/preferences. And finally, the staff were all wonderful: from checking us in and giving us a lay of the land, to offering advice on things to try, to serving breakfast. Everyone was very friendly and seemed to want us to have a great stay.
