Trash: We do ask all guests to keep bins fully closed and stored in garage to avoid wildlife from getting into the trash. Service is on Monday mornings and bins must be left on the curb Sunday night for collection. Wildlife: Please note that we do not offer refunds for sightings of bugs or animals. Sedona is a high-desert environment where wildlife such as spiders, scorpions, Javelinas, and other animals are part of the natural surroundings. The property undergoes regular inspections and treatments to prevent indoor pest issues, but it is not possible to fully eliminate outdoor wildlife presence. Close enough to walk to town and avoid all the traffic. I loved that each room had its own bathroom.
