When entering the house, you will see a wall of glass that overlooks the red rocks called coffee pot . There is a deck facing coffee pot with a woodburning stove . The living area is an open floor plan. With high ceilings. There is a large table for playing games and having large meals. Two bedrooms are equipped with 3 queen beds and a blowup mattress in closet. The first bedroom has a queen bed with the restroom across the hall. The second bedroom has two queen beds attached master bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking needs including crockpot, blender, toaster, coffee pot, mixer , 3 cutting boards, lots of dishes, glasses- no plastic ,DISHWASHER, and more. There is a WASHER and DRYER inside the home. We have a very large carport that covers 4 vehicles. We have been grandfathered in so there is white light under the carport. There is no fencing to keep dogs in. But does have a dog run. We have lots of games and maps for your convenience. There are 4 walking sticks for hiking. Please leave them for the next quest. The coffee pot takes regular coffee grounds and filters. Enjoy the fireplace on cold evenings( firewood not included). There is a Dog bed for your dog. Lots of throw blankets. Central heating and air. Hair dryer, all restroom amenities extra thick large towels. Great Wifi coverage Sedona theme. Very close to amazing trails, restaurants, shopping, .
