It is located very near the center of town. It had everything and more that you would need. Snoopy was visible from the back patio and was amazing. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. We were a group of older ladies 50+ We were able to walk to the shops and restaurants in the uptown area. The kitchen was well equipped, and recently remodeled. We were very disappointed in the fact the hot tub was not working, in fact it was disgusting with black water and many bugs. There was a heavy wood cover on it, and obviously has not been working for a while. The pool heater was not working. So, our plan to relax in the hot tub, and chill in the pool was not available for us to use. The outdoor bbq was all rusty, so we were not able to use that. There was plenty of seating in living and dining area for all of us. The upstairs mattresses are fine; however, the downstairs really needs to be replaced.
