Listing Notes This is a very quiet neighborhood and the noise ordinance Sedona has in place is strictly enforced and monitored. We have one security camera on the front porch, one facing the garage, and one facing the gate in the side yard. We also have a noise monitor to adhere to City of Sedona noise regulations, which records volume of sound and not actual sound. Please do not set the AC lower than 75\.
