It is a private 2,300 sq ft contemporary one-level home with amazing views of Red Rocks. This beautiful house features 3 Bedrooms plus loft, 2.5 Bathrooms and comfortably sleeps 8 guests. It has a great layout with Master Suite and 2 Guest Bedrooms on different wings with an open Living Room and Kitchen/Dining in the middle. The house is perfect for those who appreciate quiet neighborhood and relaxing surroundings. Special events and parties are not permitted. Pets are not allowed – any evidence will result in claim of the deposit. • The house features large, fully stocked Kitchen with stainless steel appliances (gas stove top and electric wall oven), granite counters, center island, and a big walk-in pantry. • There is an easy access from Kitchen/Dining to the large Covered Patio with large outdoor dining table, outdoor propane grill and a private fenced backyard with amazing views of Thunder Mountain & Chimney Rock. • The backyard is perfect for star gazing while relaxing by the firepit. • The living room has a grand space with 11’ ceiling and a large gas fireplace. • The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, smart 55” TV, small office desk and adjoining His and Hers Walk-In Closets. I hate when I rent a house and the patio furniture is all dusty with cobwebs and bird poop😬. This house the furniture outside was exceptionally clean and ready for our enjoyment.
