Sedona Hummingbird is a wonderful newly remodeled home located in the popular West Sedona area. This home is less than a mile from Highway 89A, putting you close to shopping, restaurants and more. You will be close to area hiking/biking trails and love the surrounding red rock views. This one-level home offers 1,913 square feet of living space with three bedrooms, and two bathrooms to accommodate up to six guests. Entering this home through the front door puts you directly into the property's main great room holding the living room, kitchen and dining area, all in an open and bright setting. Living Room: The spacious living room features contemporary furnishings, including a new queen sofa sleeper, and the surrounding windows let you enjoy natural light and peaceful views. Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with all the equipment and utensils you'll need to create those tasty snacks and meals. You'll find several bar spaces that provide seating that are also great for entertaining. Dining area: This area offers a lovely wood table with cushion seating for six, plus a cozy sitting area and patio access. Bedrooms/Bathrooms Master Bedroom 1— King size bed, Smart TV, dressing area with stand-up mirror, and patio access. The en suite bathroom offers dual sinks with stone counters and lighted mirrors, and an oversized tile and glass shower. Bedroom 2 — King size bed and Smart TV. We found some funs board games to play, making a clue game night exhilarating! The house layout was impressive along with the little information brochures around the house. The hot tub was a nice added feature. We liked the water and ice feature on the refrigerator and made much use of it. We would stay here again. Location was perfect! ##### Jacob W. Difficult to get hot water to the guest/second bathroom. Hot Tub was difficult to maintain heat but this was corrected within a day. Drain in master bedroom shower very sluggish. The property was well lit and inviting after a long day of travel. It was clean, cozy, easy to find. The property is close to lots of the trails and town, and I recommend having a car for ease. The inside and outside is relaxing and we enjoyed cooking meals together, listening to music and watching movies. Everything works! Hot tub, lights, all appliances, etc. Clean, new and works. One word of advice, if you like to cook and are a bit picky like me, bring your own stuff (knives, oils, spices, sugar, flour, etc.). The pantry has a basic spice rack, salt and pepper. There are plenty of stars at night to enjoy while sitting outside. But if you want to do any night time photography of stars, you can drive about 2 miles to a car friendly trail and set up there to avoid the light pollution. Hummingbird house was a nice home away from home vacation for us. The property was clean and welcoming, equipped with everything you could need to settle in comfortably. My only real complaint is that there was a lot of dog hair on the furniture and even blankets and towels. We knew that this property accommodated pets so we weren’t surprised, but at the same time we didn’t expect it to be so abundant. I will say, however, our daughter has a ton of allergies including dog, and she had minimal reaction to the presence of pet hair. Which leads me to believe that the home was thoroughly clean (pet hair is just difficult to get rid of sometimes) and the property manager likely considers each pet request carefully before approving which I appreciate. We have no problems staying again in the future because everything else about the home, amenities, and location was amazing! Also, be mindful of wildlife.
