The duplex is comfortable and very clean. There are shampoo, conditioner and body wash in the bathrooms as well as quality hand soap, there is plenty of kleenex, paper towels and toilet paper. The kitchen has spices and condiments, and plenty of dishes. The furniture in the living room is very comfortable. Beds are also comfortable. Having a garage to use was wonderful! The kitchen had adequate tools for food prep and dining; I really liked the electric skillet. Having 2 bathrooms was great for our family of four. The reason I only give 3 stars in general is the bedding and dust around the headboards. The bedding needs to be replaced. There were stains, insufficient blankets, and the pillows are old and lumpy. The main bedroom has a very firm mattress which left the adults a little sore in the morning. The other bedroom mattress is squeaky. In a quiet neighborhood, with very good restaurants and coffee shops right in town. This location allowed us to come 'home', clean up and rest after long days on the trails.
