Sedona Expanse has many fabulous features starting with expansive red rock views. Its location in the Chapel Hill area putts you close to many Sedona attractions and activities, including trailheads, restaurants and shopping. This home is spacious, offering 2,418 square feet of single level living. It has 2 bedrooms and two bathrooms, a den to easily accommodate seven guests. As you approach the front door of this home, you'll take a few steps up from the walkway. Once through the front door, you'll be in the lovely entryway leading to the open and airy great room, holding the living room, kitchen and dining areas accentuated with vaulted ceilings. Living Room: This room features comfortable furnishings, including two recliner chairs, a 65” Smart TV, and a gas fireplace, and numerous windows bringing in the natural light and the surrounding red rock vistas. Kitchen: The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped, offering stainless steel appliances including a gas range with griddle, stone countertops, and a large center island. Dining area: This area offers a table with seating for seven. Bedrooms/Bathrooms: Master Bedroom— King size Sleep Number bed with separate adjustable sides, 55” Smart TV, vaulted ceiling with skylights. THIS rental was top tier! Easy check in, great communication and an amazing, well stocked home. First and foremost, the views are out of this world! Home was spotless. Beds were comfortable (adjustable sleep number bed in master!) and sheets were soft (and we are bed/linen snobs!) Kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal ( some spices). We received a dog water bowl at check in which was so thoughtful for our pup! Hot tub was clean and so perfect for star gazing! Deck was the place to be for a morning breakfast and beat most restaurants views! Soft water system was so luxurious! The neighborhood was calm and good for walking our dog. Location was an easy drive in to the main areas of Sedona, but nice to be out of the hustle and bustle. We brought our mountain bikes and every morning we were able to leave the house on them to ride to a trail. Sedona is very bike friendly. In the weekends it gets very busy downtown but we road our bikes down there and passed by all the cars stuck in traffic. Everything about the place was outstanding. The location, views, amenities, comfort, check in/out process, etc - you name it - was a 10/10\. We really enjoyed and appreciated our stay. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was nice. The shower was very clean, spacious, and had plenty of pressure hot water (even when both shower heads were running). The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The internet was solid which was great since i needed to work remotely here and there. As great as all of those things were, none of them could top the location and view. I know great views aren't hard to come by in Sedona, but this one would be very difficult to beat! Staying here made us want to move to Sedona. If you're looking to visit, I'm certain you will love everything about this place.Thank you to our hosts for the lovely stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Sedona because of how well stocked this home was and the view!! Save yourself money and just cook your meals here while experiencing one of the best views in Sedona. The kitchen was one of the best stocked vacation homes we have ever been in. My husband and I traveled with our almost 1 year old daughter and found the accommodations super comfortable. We loved the fire table and jacuzzi access. My only (small) complaint is that there are skylights in the bedrooms - which we loved for natural light but meant that the room was light at 5:30am - this wasn't an issue as we live on the East Coast so were waking up before then anyways, but might affect some folks ability to sleep comfortably in the morning. ##### Jennifer C. Great views, comfortable furniture and beds, awesome shower in the master bedroom, laundry, hot tub, and a fully stocked kitchen! Everything we could ask for. This place was amazing! There are just no other words to describe it. The location was perfect in a quiet neighborhood. Located close to popular hiking trails and a short drive to shopping and restaurants. It rained/snowed on and off and it didn’t matter because the view made up for it and then some.
