Kitchen: Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide some basic spices including salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are guaranteed to be provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.). Sauna Use Guidelines Welcome to our relaxing sauna! Enjoy the authentic Finnish-style sauna experience with heated stones and ambient lighting. This is a private outdoor sauna perfect for unwinding after a day of adventure. Maximum capacity: 4 guests. Sessions limited to 15-20 minutes to ensure safety. Important Operating Instructions To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please follow these guidelines at all times: Follow posted instructions only: Operate the sauna exactly as described in the laminated guide located inside the sauna door. Do not deviate from these steps. Temperature control: Set the thermostat to no higher than 80°C (176°F). Allow 30-45 minutes for pre-heating before use. Hydration and timing: Drink plenty of water before and after. Exit immediately if you feel dizzy, overheated, or uncomfortable. This is the most well stocked rental house any of us have stayed in. There were plenty of kitchen supplies ranging from appliances, tea, birthday candles, a wide variety of seasonings & spices, baking cabinet goodies, bonus boos, and everything in between. My group of 10 adults visiting for my birthday were very impressed. The hot tub was great as well! If it was a warmer season of the year we'd definitely go in the swim spa but it only went up to 90°. There were plenty of towels for all of us to shower and hot tub. The extra fridge in the garage was clutch for drinks! Mike the host was very responsive and helpful :) ##### Jenice W. It was absolutely clean, well cared for, and very comfortable. The views are from just about every window along with the balcony and backyard. It rained a lot during our stay which kept us in and we were so comfortable. Location is amazing, close to everything and walkable to a lot of places. The Tesla charging capabilities made our trip up from Phoenix so easy. Loved that we didn’t need to worry about where we could charge up our car. Our group included our kids (11, 16) as well as my in-laws and everyone loved it. Plenty of room for everyone to have space, but also terrific for group gatherings. The owner was terrific with very clear and simple check in and out directions, the location was excellent and the home immaculate. This is particularly important to me - I’m the person who inspects grout for mildew and notices dust in corners and this place was clean, clean, clean. ##### Julie L. Had an amazing stay in this beautiful and comfy home and would definitely recommend to anyone. Location was ideal, only a short walk into town. Teens enjoyed the hot tub and the pool and we all enjoyed relaxing in the backyard after a day of exploring Sedona. The house was very well stocked, which was appreciated after being on the road several days. Michael was very accommodating of our needs, which we also truly appreciated. Great place, five stars!
