Designed for comfort, relaxation, and entertainment, this home offers a seamless blend of indoor and outdoor living, making it the perfect escape. First Floor Walking into the home, you are greeted by the spacious living area, featuring large windows framing the stunning Sedona landscape and direct access to the outdoor patio. To the right, you’ll find the dining room and a beautiful glass-window staircase leading to the second floor. Adjacent to the dining room is the fully stocked kitchen, equipped with modern appliances and everything needed to prepare meals with ease. To the left of the living area is a cozy den, complete with a couch, two chairs, and a full bathroom with a shower-tub combo. This space also provides garage access. Beyond the kitchen lies a Queen bedroom with a private patio entrance and an attached full bathroom. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, natural window lighting, and a wide sink vanity, creating a serene and comfortable space. Next to the Queen bedroom is the game room, where guests can enjoy a foosball table, futon couch, and laundry room, making it a fun and functional space. Second Floor Upstairs, the master king suite is a luxurious retreat, featuring a huge attached full bathroom, an office space, an outdoor deck, and an extra seating area. The master bathroom is a spa-like experience with a huge glass and tiled double shower equipped with two overhead showerheads, two handheld showerheads, and four body spray jets. A separate large and deep bathtub, wide sink basin, and spacious vanity complete this tranquil oasis. Guest Access: Check in time is 4pm on your arrival date. The property is Self Check In with the door code and instructions sent to you three days before your arrival. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to: \-Abide by our rental terms and conditions. \-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. \-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI. \-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay. Service Animals: Service animals are always welcome and are not subject to pet fees. Please message us before check in that you are traveling with a service animal so we do not mistake them for an unauthorized pet. We comply with all applicable laws regarding service animals. If you're not sure about whether your pet or service animal qualifies under our policy, feel free to reach out to us before booking. When staying with a service animal we require that you maintain control of your service animal at all times. You must take effective action if the animal becomes out of control. The service animal is not to be left unattended in the rental. Service animals are required to be housebroken, so please ensure that they do their business in an appropriate location outside. Mail delivery: Mail is not accepted at this address. Due to City guidelines, no mail is allowed to be delivered to the property. Please ensure you have music and other noise turned down during those times. Dark Sky Ordinance: Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside. Fire Rings: Fires are not allowed May 1 - October 1\. We also require you to check the Local Fire Ban restrictions in effect before utilizing any outside fire rings available at a property. We reserve the right to request no fires at any time. Local Wildlife: The local wildlife includes deer, skunk, bobcats, and javelina. Please do not try to feed or approach the animals. City Unpermitted Uses: City law disallows this home for being used for events, parties or large gatherings.
