This is a beautiful property. The condo layout is very nice with a great room for gathering and private areas for resting. The landscaping was recently redone which enhances the beauty of the view, from the patio, of Thunder Mountain, aka Capital Butte. The neighborhood is pleasant and quiet. There is a pool and hot tub a short walk away. There are many rock formations and trails close by. The 2 car garage is clean with easy access to the kitchen. The home could use some updating and general maintenance. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, small appliance and organized with plenty of free space for storing your items. The dish washer access is awkward but usable. I appreciated the full size washer and dryer. ##### Mary S.
