Fire Rings: Fires are not allowed May 1 - October 1\. We also require you to check the Local Fire Ban restrictions in effect before utilizing any outside fire rings available at a property. We reserve the right to request no fires at any time. Local Wildlife: The local wildlife includes deer, skunk, bobcats, and javelina. Please do not try to feed or approach the animals. City Unpermitted Uses: City law disallows this home for being used for events, parties or large gatherings. There are several excellent restaurants within walking distance and grocery stores are just a few blocks away. The kitchen has everything necessary for home cooked meals if that’s on your agenda as well. Beds are extremely comfortable and bathrooms are updated. The backyard is a great place to unwind after a day of hiking and the hot tub is fantastic! Location is within 15 minutes of almost everything in the area.
