It was perfect place to stay and experience Sedona and surrounding areas. John and Robin were great with all communication. Beds were very comfy. Hot tub was a bonus! The "trail" off the backyard isn't really a trail, it's very overgrown. But there was a pretty trail a 3 minute drive from the house, which was great. Having 2 big bedrooms with their own little living rooms was great for us as we had an infant who needed some extra space. The only issue (which was very minor) was the light above the kitchen sink flickered when all the lights were on which was annoying for cooking dinner at night. But the kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and spices, which was great. The furniture was all very comfortable, and this was a fantastic place to stay!
