The full bathroom includes a bathtub/shower combo, and a dedicated vanity area adds extra convenience. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to: \-Abide by our rental terms and conditions. \-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. \-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI. \-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay. You can ask to add an additional day at any time and we are happy to extend your reservation if there is not a booking immediately following your stay! Fire Rings: Fires are not allowed May 1 - October 1\. We also require you to check the Local Fire Ban restrictions in effect before utilizing any outside fire rings available at a property. We reserve the right to request no fires at any time. Local Wildlife: The local wildlife includes deer, skunk, bobcats, and javelina. Please do not try to feed or approach the animals. City Unpermitted Uses: City law disallows this home for being used for events, parties or large gatherings.
