Kitchen- Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. We also provide some basic spices including salt and pepper. No other cooking essentials or supplies are guaranteed to be provided (oil, sprays or other cooking ingredients, foil, cling wrap, etc.). House Supplies- Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, and laundry detergent. Other Items- Listing does include Washer & Dryer. The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. Exterior Cameras- We have cameras at the property to monitor our guest and property safety, maintainance people, trash collection, and service providers. This property has an exterior camera above the entry door facing our entry and parking area. There is a camera viewing the backyard and deck stairs on the rain gutter giving a wide angle of backyard. A third is on the East side rain gutter facing our gravel parking area and trash cans. The home was in great condition, had all of the amenities made it an relaxing stay. The kitchen was well stocked to cook a meal and the swim pool and spa outside were an added bonus. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our breakfasts. We enjoyed massages on the back balcony, the hot tub was perfect for looking at the stars, the game room provided a night of fun, and the fire pit on the balcony was one of our favorite spots. Our children and their spouses are between 26 and 29 and the house proved to be an excellent choice...there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. Each room had a comfortable bathroom and the kitchen made a great gathering spot. The standout part of the house for us was the game room and provided us with great entertainment and a place to gather and have fun. Lastly, the back deck provided a nice spot for the early morning and the evenings and had an excellent view. The house was just as the pictures showed and the host was very responsive.I would enthusiastically recommend this home and would stay there again. ##### Gary F.
