#### Quite Ranch House with Plenty of Room to Roam

Nicely appointed Ranch House on a spacious property with plenty of patio space and large front and back yards to stretch out and enjoy games with the family. Roomy kitchen perfect for cooking for a large family. Country feel with an off the beaten path location a just couple of miles and short drive from town.

#### Very nice ranch house!

We had a lovely time at the Ranch. It is comfortable and beautiful. The commercial style kitchen was awesome! The views out the back window and from the wrap around porches were fantastic. The owners were nice and responsive.

#### Comfortable and Homey

Love the rustic feel and the creativeness of all the repurposed materials. The open space out side the Trees etc. Loved it. It did have some issues that need to be addressed, like no Hot water at the Kitchen sink or the clothes washer. One of the burners on the stove top does not work and the igniter constantly clicks. No hot water at the cloths washer and it also has a very musty smell like it needs to be cleaned. Last but not least the BBQ at the main house does not work.

#### Absolutely Perfect

This home has a rustic country charm. The owners thought of everything. It's perfect for a romantic getaway or for the entire family. It's secluded yet only a few miles to restaurants, Starbucks and shopping. Was about 17 miles to Sedona. I highly recommend it. So much so, I have already booked it again.

#### Wonderful Property

A few girlfriends stayed here to visit local wineries. This is very conveniently located and the main house we stayed in and property are great! The owners were quick to respond to any questions and when the Wifi wasn't working (recent high winds) they were quick to stop by and fix. Highly recomment this place!

#### Beautiful Property, great location

This is a nice house in a beautiful country location - peaceful views of trees, fields, and horses. We really enjoyed the firepit! We wished there had been a trail to the nearby creak, or somewhere to take a nice walk. The house is spacious with a large kitchen and 2 large refrigerators! Close to the vineyards on Oak Creek and Old Cottonwood on Main. And only 20 minutes to Sedona. Thanks for a great weekend!

We contacted the owners about checking in at 3am since we were driving 7 hours to attend a birthday party in Sedona and they were very responsive and understanding. Check in was smooth and the house blew us away. We couldn’t believe how at home we all felt and we wanted to stay longer! The property is beautiful!!!

Everything was exactly like the pictures and description with a few extra surprises which added to the enjoyment of our stay! Gorgeous property. Well maintained. I have rented multiple times in several US states and was highly impressed with the condition of the property and appreciated that the pictures on the vrbo site are clearly current (which is not always the case).

What a lovely sprawling property with calming views of trees and grasses all around! Great space outside and in -- fantastic large kitchen and charming decor. Perfect place for our little family reunion!
