We live in Sedona and are nearby if you need anything but we respect our guest\`s privacy. Quiet, historic neighborhood that is just minutes to Uptown shopping and restaurants and the world-renowned Tlaquepaque Arts and Shopping Village. Walk to the Brewer Trailhead, or hop in the car and drive 10 minutes or less to Soldiers Pass, Chapel of the Holy Cross, Cathedral Rock, and more! We have ample covered parking on the premises. We are just a short drive to West Sedona, Uptown Sedona, and Tlaquepaque. Please note that this home uses a ductless mini-split system to heat and cool rooms. This allows guests to have great control of the temperature of each living space. The mini-splits are remote operated and instructions on how to use them will be provided. If you have any questions, we are just a quick message away. The home does not have CO detectors because there are no gas appliances. The home is fully electric! Violating any of the house rules can lead to your reservation being canceled immediately without a refund: • We do not charge extra for additional guests. However, the number of guests staying MUST match the number of guests specified on the reservation. No unregistered guests are allowed on the property at any time. • Pets are not allowed. Any evidence of pets may incur a $500 deep cleaning fee. • No smoking or vaping inside or on property. Any evidence of these activities may incur a minimum $1,000 deep cleaning fee. • We are unable to accommodate late check-out. Truvi will collect a damage deposit. If no damage is discovered after your stay, this deposit is fully refundable with the exception of a $10 processing fee.
