We had some questions as the check in date drew near and we realized we didn't have access to the patio until the residents left. Rick worked with to accommodate us and we appreciated that. The Casita patio photo does not do it justice. You can't see it in the photo, but theres a mountain view, which was an unexpected benefit. We had expected to have no view besides perhaps a yard. The Casita itself was a good fit for our needs, especially after we could fully use the pool patio, which also has amazing views. One item to note as this wasn't clear to us, is there's a pdf full waivers, responsibilities, and terms. Its several pages long. What we didn't catch, is the minute you click the book button, you automatically accept the terms and conditions of the pdf. We've never run into that in any other rental. Ultimately it made no difference beyond an initial uneasy feeling. That being said, the hosts were pleasant and very informative. ##### Erik F.
