The open-concept dining and living areas create a welcoming space to relax and spend time together, and the kitchen is well-stocked for all your cooking needs. The master bedroom features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom with both a walk-in shower and a large soaking tub, offering a tranquil retreat. The second bedroom comes with two twin beds, while the third bedroom features another king bed, making this home perfect for families or groups. The two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom, which includes a shower-tub combo. Outside, you'll find a private hot tub for relaxation under the stars, along with a BBQ grill and an outdoor dining area that seats six. The comfortable seating area faces the stunning Red Rocks, providing a perfect spot for enjoying the natural beauty and serenity of the area. Guest Access: Check in time is 4pm on your arrival date. The property is Self Check In with the door code and instructions sent to you three days before your arrival. Fire Rings: Fires are not allowed May 1 - October 1\. We also require you to check the Local Fire Ban restrictions in effect before utilizing any outside fire rings available at a property. We reserve the right to request no fires at any time. Local Wildlife: The local wildlife includes deer, skunk, bobcats, and javelina. Please do not try to feed or approach the animals. City Unpermitted Uses: City law disallows this home for being used for events, parties or large gatherings.
