The room was decent. A lot of space but not very nice, no upgrades. The bathroom needed some work and had an odd smell. Too many stairs... Enjoyed the spa in the evening.

Room was very dated with cheap furniture. Landscape needed attention. Flowers were very thin in checking pots. Rooms were not ready until 5pm. Staff was friendly at checkin.

Very disappointed with the hidden fees. When I checked in they charged extra above what I had paid Expedia. They also charged an additional 20% on the room and it won’t be returned for 4 to 6 weeks after we check out.. they also never cleaned the room or resupplied it. Got a call then arrived that didn’t identify themselves and asked me if “I needed anything?” I think it was the front desk but sounded very unprofessional.
