This newly refurbished, tastefully furnished, 3BR/2BA pied-a-terre boasts a lovely back yard with views of famous Coffee Pot Rock and a charming red rock creek that flows behind property affords extra privacy. Located only three blocks from 89A (the main thoroughfare) it is easy walking distance to some of Sedona’s best restaurants, shops and grocery stores. The space Features: TV has Roku with DirecTV Now Two car garage. Additional visitor parking just steps away. Gas Fireplace Large Natural Gas Grill Large capacity washer dryer Granite counters throughout. Kitchen amenities: coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, tea kettle and crock pot. Also flour, sugar, sweetener, salt, pepper, olive oil, coffee. When we arrived at the property after driving up from Phoenix, someone else was staying there. Could have been a major safety issue in entering the property, but fortunately they were not present at the time. The property manager refunded my money and apologized, which doesn't seem sufficient. VRBO did nothing to compensate me and the Booking Guarantee apparently means nothing. Frequent traveler and do not recommend the use of VRBO to anyone. ##### Daniel S.
