Plenty of dishes for an entire family to dine in. The patios are quite large with a variety of seating arrangements. Hot tub is a plus! It fit our group of 8 perfectly. The views from the house are amazing and the location is perfect. We loved every minute and wish we could have stayed longer. The location was within a very easy walk to uptown Sedona shopping & restaurants. The views were spectacular as pictured within the listing. We loved the hot tub & relaxing on the decks taking in the beautiful scenery after days of hiking. The property hosts were extremely responsive to any questions upon our arrival & during our stay. The views are incredible, the home was clean and well kept, and it's extremely easy to access Uptown Sedona and hiking trails. The house was more than large enough to fit our entire family (7 adults and 1 child). While we didn't have a need to reach out to the host, they were proactive the make sure that we had everything we needed during our stay. Loved that the house came with a few coffee pods and detergent to get things started. Nice bonus! The views are amazing and an easy walk (uphill going home) to restaurants and shopping. We took a pink jeep tour which was a quick walk to as well- an added bonus when a lot of people had to drive in and find parking. We couldn’t be happier with this house. It was so close to town, it was walkable. There was ample parking. The views were incredible. The house was immaculate and very conducive to large gatherings as well as allowing for privacy. The hosts communicated with us throughout our visit and answered any questions very quickly. The owner was kind enough to put up a small tree for our littles to decorate with their home made ornaments. We had 8 adults and 3 littles and all were very comfortable - the beds were just right for us and there were plenty of bathrooms. It had all that we needed to be able to celebrate Christmas. The views from the deck were beautiful and I don't think one day went by that we did not see some wildlife as we sat on the deck enjoying the view and a glass of wine - deer, coyotes, javelinas, etc. This home had the great benefit of being within walking distance of the town and great restaurants! For all the rest - hiking, a cold plunge into Oak River, and so on, we found was only a short drive away. What we appreciated maybe more than anything else is that EVERYONE in the Sedona area was just SO nice - what a pleasant place to visit! What beautiful country! What a beautiful home! ##### Meg M.
