Outdoor Living: Over 600 sq. ft. of Trex decking with lounge chairs, dining, Weber Genesis grill, ceiling fan & heater. Additional spaces include a lower patio with hammock/meditation area, the hot tub with bar seating, and a private red rock patio off the master suite.

* Primary Renter Must Upload Government ID
* No smoking
* No parties or events
* Must be 25 to book and be present throughout the stay
* No college Spring breakers
* You must sign our rental agreement
* To help mitigate fraud a photo of the credit card used to book the home must be uploaded, showing the last four digits of the credit card. The credit card number and name on must match those on the booking.
* A credit card security deposit HOLD is required
* All rentals subject to 3.5% Sedona Hotel Tax, 3.5% Sedona Hotel/Motel Additional Tax, and 6.325% Yavapai County Tax
* Keep doors closed to keep nature like scorpions, javalinas and tarantulas out.
