The Neighborhood: Safe neighborhood nestled in foothills of Red Rocks. Close to Oak Creek, Poco Diablo resort, as well as the main road heading into Sedona. Easy to get to most hikes in the area, with Chapel of the Holy Cross, Cathedral Rock, and many others only minutes away. Other Things to Note: • Shower dispensers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. If you have allergies or prefer your own products, please feel free to bring them. • Please remember this is a home, not a hotel. If any issues come up, I’ll do my best to help quickly, but no one is on-site 24/7. • We have regular pest control to keep critters outside, but since this is the desert, you may still encounter insects or small rodents. The best way to keep them out is to keep doors and windows closed. • A starter pack with toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, soap, a sponge, and makeup remover is provided. This is to help you get started but may not last the entire stay. For extras or specific brands, local stores like CVS and Safeway are nearby. • For everyone’s safety, there is an exterior security camera recording video and audio of the front driveway area. Tampering with, covering, or disabling the camera is not allowed and could lead to early cancellation of your reservation without a refund. • The City of Sedona requires a background check for the person who books the stay. John responded quickly to all my questions, once we got in to the property there were no concerns. Everything that we needed was provided. All 3 of us adults got our own room, and the 2 teenagers got the upstairs which had 3 full size beds instead of bunk beds and they were delighted! The house was clean and well stocked with anything needed for cooking and/or grilling out. The hot tub and fireplace are a nice touch! TV's in every room and 3 bathrooms that worked out well for the 5 of us. The location is just down the hill from the main highway we came in on with easy and quick access to Uptown Sedona where many shops and restaurants are located. Jon is a most excellent host and responds quickly to messages. (We never had to call him - everything was great). Highly recommend this house and Sedona.
