Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to: \-Abide by our rental terms and conditions. \-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. \-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI. \-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay. Service Animals: Service animals are always welcome and are not subject to pet fees. Please message us before check in that you are traveling with a service animal so we do not mistake them for an unauthorized pet. We comply with all applicable laws regarding service animals. If you're not sure about whether your pet or service animal qualifies under our policy, feel free to reach out to us before booking. When staying with a service animal we require that you maintain control of your service animal at all times. You must take effective action if the animal becomes out of control. The service animal is not to be left unattended in the rental. Service animals are required to be housebroken, so please ensure that they do their business in an appropriate location outside. Mail delivery: Mail is not accepted at this address. Due to City guidelines, no mail is allowed to be delivered to the property. Please ensure you have music and other noise turned down during those times. Dark Sky Ordinance: Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside. Fire Rings: Fires are not allowed May 1 - October 1\. We also require you to check the Local Fire Ban restrictions in effect before utilizing any outside fire rings available at a property. We reserve the right to request no fires at any time. Local Wildlife: The local wildlife includes deer, skunk, bobcats, and javelina. Please do not try to feed or approach the animals. City Unpermitted Uses: City law disallows this home for being used for events, parties or large gatherings. Please be respectful of our home and do not rearrange furniture or unplug any home features / electronics. We also ask that you keep muddy shoes and mountain bikes outside of the home.
