Lower Level The main level of the home features an open and inviting layout, seamlessly connecting indoor and outdoor living spaces. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals, from morning coffee to a full family dinner. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining room that seats six, with sliding doors that lead directly to the back patio, allowing for effortless indoor-outdoor dining. Step outside to the patio with a BBQ grill, an outdoor dining area for six, and comfortable seating where you can take in the stunning views while enjoying fresh Sedona air. The spacious living area is perfect for gathering, with plenty of comfortable seating and a futon that pulls out into a small bed for additional sleeping space. A half bath on this level adds extra convenience. Upper Level The upper level is designed for rest and rejuvenation. The King Master Suite is a luxurious retreat, featuring a large ensuite bathroom and a private patio with breathtaking red rock views. The second King bedroom offers a comfortable king bed, an office space, and a rollaway twin bed, making it a versatile space for work or extra guests. A second full bathroom on this level ensures that everyone has ample space to get ready for the day. With its stunning views, well-appointed rooms, and thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor spaces, this home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience for your Sedona getaway. Guest Access: Check in time is 4pm on your arrival date. The property is Self Check In with the door code and instructions sent to you three days before your arrival. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to: \- Abide by our rental terms and conditions. \-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. \-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI. \-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay. Check in and Check Out: Check In time is 4 PM AZ Time Check Out time is 10 AM AZ Time Wish you booked more nights? You can ask to add an additional day at any time and we are happy to extend your reservation if there is not a booking immediately following your stay! Pack N Play and Highchair: available at no charge upon request. Unapproved Early Check In/ Late Check Out Fee: $100/hour. This fee is only assessed for early check ins or late check outs that did not contact us and did not receive an approval message via their booking channel. Service Animals: Service animals are always welcome and are not subject to pet fees. When staying with a service animal we require that you maintain control of your service animal at all times. You must take effective action if the animal becomes out of control. The service animal is not to be left unattended in the rental. Service animals are required to be housebroken, so please ensure that they do their business in an appropriate location outside. Mail delivery: Mail is not accepted at this address. Due to City guidelines, no mail is allowed to be delivered to the property. We are not responsible for forgotten items. Quiet Hours: Local quiet hours are from 9 p.m. through 9 a.m. and are strictly enforced by the City. Please ensure you have music and other noise turned down during those times. Dark Sky Ordinance: Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside. Fire Rings: Fires are not allowed May 1 - October 1\. We also require you to check the Local Fire Ban restrictions in effect before utilizing any outside fire rings available at a property. We reserve the right to request no fires at any time. Local Wildlife: The local wildlife includes deer, skunk, bobcats, and javelina. Please do not try to feed or approach the animals. City Unpermitted Uses: City law disallows this home for being used for events, parties or large gatherings. Please be respectful of our home and do not rearrange furniture or unplug any home features / electronics. We also ask that you keep muddy shoes and mountain bikes outside of the home. The property manager was very easy to reach with questions and made it easy to check in. The beds were soft with both soft and firm pillows availble.
