The house is beautiful, and the views canNOT be beat. Red Rocks surround, and relaxing with a Cathedral Rock view was breathtaking especially around sunset. We used the outdoor fireplace every evening and enjoyed star gazing from the patio or hot tub. Baldwin Trail is only a 2 min stroll from the front door and you can also access Oak Creek for a quick dip to cool off your feet after a warm hike. The Courthouse Butte/Bell Rock Trail is also easily drivable and a gorgeous and manageable hike. We would recommend utilizing the Village of Oak Creek for any grocery or restaurant needs since the town is closer and easier to drive to than Sedona (the main road to Sedona is busy and backs up so go early or avoid if you can). The steam room was heaven on earth & at one point three of us used it together. We had a Mobile Massage (Sparrow mobile massage) come to the house & had the best massage ever! We hiked to Cathedral walk & enjoyed all the trails around the home! We even did a cold plunge in the creek. The view out the front is magnificent - you will never get tired of it. The home is at the end of the road that provides access to Oak Creek, and we hiked up the creek to the local swimming hole and swam for a while. Oak Creek Village is a few minutes up the road, and offers golf, good restaurants, and homeade ice cream! The stars at night are unbelievably clear here, and you can observer the milky way galaxy very easily in this low light area. Nov 29, 2023 #### Beautiful home poorly managed The home and location are gorgeous! A ton of space, amazing views, well stocked kitchen, hot tub, steam room etc. and I recommend the home. However, I do not recommend Vacasa managed homes. We rented The Crossing for 6 days and reached out to Vacasa for assistance with the living room gas fireplace that would not lite on day 2\. I repeatedly reached out only to receive a note that "it's with the local team". The bottleneck seemed to be with the local team who ignored every message. We gave up on night 5 and checked out on day 6 without any response. The towels and linens are tired, worn out, and not on par with what you would expect with such a beautiful home. The master bedroom sheets had stains and hair on them which required us washing them ourselves. And there were 2 trash bags and no paper towels, items you expect when renting a home with a full kitchen for close to a week. Again, the home is beautiful and the owners care about their property. Amenities and views were incredible! A solid and first rate property. We were familiar with the area, hiking Cathedral rock’s lower basin many times in the past. We didn’t realize the location and view of Cathedral until the next morning. Incredible! The layout of the home and patio area were well thought out. Appliance’s, grill and amenities were top notch. Jul 29, 2025 #### This house is amazing! The home is in a highly coveted location within 3 minutes walk to Oak creek and a short hike to capital butte and the views are amazing! I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants to enjoy hiking and nature while in Sedona.
