As you enter, you’re immediately welcomed by a beautiful stained-glass wall that adds character and charm. The open-concept layout allows for spectacular views from almost every corner of the house, providing an uninterrupted connection to Sedona's natural beauty. The fully equipped kitchen overlooks the dining area and out to the amazing views of Courthouse Butte and the surrounding landscape. In the master bedroom, a cozy queen bed awaits, while the second bedroom has two twin beds that can easily be converted into a king bed. The single bathroom offers a shower for your convenience. Step outside to the front deck, where you can enjoy unobstructed views of Bell Rock and Courthouse Butte—the scenery is nothing short of amazing. The back patio, carved into the red rocks, creates a tranquil and beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the landscape. This home offers a truly rejuvenating experience, blending nature, comfort, and design in a way that is unmatched. Guest Access: Check in time is 4pm on your arrival date. The property is Self Check In with the door code and instructions sent to you three days before your arrival. Your reservation must be confirmed through TRUVI to receive check in instructions. Once confirmed and before check-in, guests must also sign a Rental Agreement agreeing and acknowledging to: \-Abide by our rental terms and conditions. \-Provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in. \-That we collect a non-refundable damage waiver of $35, paid via TRUVI. \-The waiver will cover you for any accidental damage during your stay. Please ensure you have music and other noise turned down during those times. Dark Sky Ordinance: Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside. Fire Rings: Fires are not allowed May 1 - October 1\. We also require you to check the Local Fire Ban restrictions in effect before utilizing any outside fire rings available at a property. We reserve the right to request no fires at any time. Local Wildlife: The local wildlife includes deer, skunk, bobcats, and javelina. Please do not try to feed or approach the animals. City Unpermitted Uses: City law disallows this home for being used for events, parties or large gatherings. Location is amazing with easy access to the Chapel of the Hoky Cross and a number of hiking trails. It was easy to get into and out of Sedona with less traffic than 89A.
