This hotel is one of my favorite. The staff are so friendly, they have a coffee shop inside the hotel. The coffee shop is also a small restaurant that serves delicious food. The vibe is really nice. I highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is located right when you enter into Sedona - about 4 miles from the middle of town. I really liked the location and also walkable to the shuttle service to a few of the more popular hiking trails. The staff was great - very friendly and helpful. The reason for the 3 star rating was the beds were terribly uncomfortable, flat and bumpy. We didn't get great nights of sleep because of that and also the rooms were moderately clean.

This hotel is spectacular. We loved how it was away from the hustle and bustle of the busier tourist area but was still close to hiking trails and amenities. The view out our our room was awesome and worth every penny. Our room and the pool area was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. The only down side is that $25 USD parking per night is a little steep when the property had plenty of parking available and this hotel is already on the pricier side.

It was a good stay. I always stay at Marriotts. They are pretty consistent. We booked a king room with a walk in shower and ended up getting a room with a rub. Not a huge deal, but it was different from what we booked and payed for.

The property was clean. Disappointed in check in process. Employee couldn’t find my reservation because she was searching for my first name. When I asked if my room had a good view, neither employee could tell me if it was good or not. The hotel charges $25/ night for parking, and the location is in the middle of nowhere. This is after spending over $300/night on the room. There are no extras…no water at check-in…Happy hour is discounted and the food is good. Breakfast is not included. In the room, the bathroom is large and very nice. The room is very small with 2 very small drawers, a very small frig, and a very small space for the sofa. We were supposed to get housekeeping service every other day. On the first day we were to receive service, I called to let the front desk know were we leaving the hotel for a few hours, so they could service the room. We got back that night, and no service had been completed. My overall opinion is that this hotel is poorly managed, and there is a lack of care at the site.

Me and my husband stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The location is convenient with dining possibilities close by (but not walkable), lobby and rooms were clean. The hotel staff was friendly, but they almost charged us more than they should for the parking (we had an email stating $18 and they charged $25). After showing the email to 2 different persons they honored the $18. The room was clean and spacious. BUT the bed was as hard as a rock. Never thought a Marriott hotel could have such a bad bed. We barely slept the 2 nights. All in all we will not be returning to this hotel.

Very serene where there are hiking trails directly accessed from the hotel property. Gorgeous view of mountains from my room as i selected mountain view. Stunning grounds, beautiful outdoor pool and hot tub and roof top patio. Lots of parking. Doesn’t have a proper restaurant but offers a bistro in morning and evening. I’d stay here again.
