In the evenings we enjoyed the hot tub and having a campfire in the backyard, twice during our stay we were blessed with the parade of Javelinas walking along the side yard.Overall, this stay helped enhance our experience and family vacation in Sedona and having King Size beds in each of the four bedrooms was a plus. There are 4 bedrooms with all king beds, 3 full baths, a large open common room with kitchen. Lots of seating options. Screened in porch, large backyard with furnished deck, grill, hot tub, as well as wood fire pit with chairs. Once inside, you will be greeted by a place that is more like a friend’s house than a rental. Very comfortable, clean, and updated. Unlike some rentals, all the amenities are here. Condiments, paper towels, TP, so you don’t have to restock the place, which is especially nice if you arrive at night. Great wifi, large smart TV’s, even a fireplace. 3 car garage as well as a large driveway with room for 2 vehicles. Jared was so easy to work with, very responsive, and lots of great suggestions for food, hikes, etc. The house is in a quiet neighborhood 2 minutes off the main drag, so very easy to get to restaurants, shopping, hiking, etc. As it is on the west side of Sedona, traffic isn’t as bad as being Uptown, which is where a lot of the tourist spots are. A beautiful spot nestled near the hills, yet close to shopping and restaurants. There were 6 adults staying here and we all loved it! We enjoyed the common areas as well as the ability to retreat to our own private spaces. After a hike to Devils Bridge some of us jumped in the hot tub while others chilled on the outdoor sectional with cocktails in hand. The home was clean, bright, and well appointed. One guest is an interior designer and she appreciated the decor, a mix of Sedona with mid-century vibe.
