Located in the heart of Uptown, Sedona’s best restaurants and shops are just steps away from this stunning property. Several nearby trailheads give you access to miles of hiking/mountain biking trails.

The main living area, located on the second floor, features soaring ceilings with a fireplace, open layout, and a moving glass wall system to access the outdoor entertaining space. The property includes 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, which is perfect for groups of up to 8 people. There’s also a den that opens out to the pool area with a big screen TV, ideal for a family movie night or playing video games.

The kitchen comes fully-equipped with high-end Cafe appliances, warming drawer, Keurig coffee maker, full knife set, toaster, dishware, and flatware.

AMAZING house in great location

This house is incredible! Great location, able to walk to restaurants and shops, even Pink Jeep Tours. Stunning views from the house. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were clean, updated and well provisioned. Kitchen and open great room space was great. Kitchen well stocked (we ate breakfasts, snacks at the house). Would absolutely recommend this house!

Wonderful Holiday Celebration With Family

Lovely home with amazing views

We had a family stay here with 7 of us. The bedrooms were nice sized and the large expansive living room, kitchen and dining room allowed for all of us to visit together. The home is situated so that there are decks on both sides of the house and a pool area with a good sized patio. The owner was very responsive to our inquiries. I would not hesitate to rent this home again.

Wonderful Snow in Sedona

Wonderful property and very enjoyable stay. Punctuated by an historic 9 inches of snow! Made for some adventures driving up the hill to the property the evening before we left, as well as leaving the next morning, but the beauty of the snow covering everything made it well worth the driving hassles.

This is a super property and it’s even better than the pictures and description on the VRBO website. 360 degree views of red rock country and within an easy walk of uptown Sedona. Our group was 5 adults and 3 sub teen children. Lots of room for all. We would stay here again.

Beautiful as advertised

Views, views, and more views. Literally 360 degree views of the surrounding red rock mountains from the decks. The inside was recently renovated and quite comfortable for a large group. Location was perfect - sits high on a hill with a 10 minute walk to Uptown restaurants and trails. A fantastic trip.

Week in Sedona

What an outstanding property and perfect location. We could not have been happier. Cooked every day, walked to town, sat out, and what a perfect place to come home to after hiking. Walked to Javelina trail for a 3 mile easy loop which was nice to not have to worry about parking at a trailhead. Eric and Rebecca thank you for allowing us into your beautiful home.

Perfect in every way

The house surpassed all of our expectations and needs. The pictures don't do it justice. Everything was fresh, new, clean. Views are beyond stunning. House is well stocked. Perfect for a hang out for our family who were in town for our son's wedding. Property managers were helpful and attentive. Best house we probably have ever rented, we have rented a lot, and I am very particular when searching for the perfect place.

Wonderful home with great views

Stayed with a group of 8 adults and the 5 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms worked perfectly for us. The main living area opened onto the kitchen and dining room. The views from that area and the patios was spectacular. Lots of outdoor seating. We didn't use the pool/jacuzzi, but they were inviting. We walked to Tlaquepaque and the main Sedona tourist area, including restaurants. Also, walked to nearby trails from the house. Highly recommend - it had everything we needed (towels, blankets, cooking oil, salt/pepper, ice, filtered water, dishwashing detergent, hair dryers, paper towel).

Gorgeous home, beautiful views, perfect location!

We had a wonderful stay! The home seems brand new! The kitchen was fully stocked including Keurig pods. The bathrooms had lots of towels. The beds were incredibly comfortable. The pool was beautiful, hot tub worked well. There is so much space! Plenty of room to hang out on the patio, living room, or cozy den downstairs. Washer and dryer were brand new and helpful after a dirty day on the trails! Location is walking distance to town (down a hill, so we mostly drove). The instructions were well written, we had no need to contact the owner. Thank you, we hope to be back again!

INCREDIBLE! You would be stupid not to rent this property

This place has million dollar views. The best views in Sedona. We have been to Sedona so many times and no hike will compare to these incredible, gorgeous and breath taking views from the comfort of patio furniture! It's insane!! The house itself is in great shape. Super clean, great kitchen and living room. We had this house for our family to stay in during our wedding week and we could not be happier with this house. The bedrooms all have really nice beds and furniture. The bathrooms are clean and you can tell this is newly renovated. The wrap around porch that has 360 views... is incredible. The hot tub and pool is a separate level which is really nice. This house is a place that was so special and made our trip so much better. We will definately be staying at this property again. We have nothing negative to say about this incredible home..

Wonderful home rental

Our family loved staying in this beautiful house. It was clean & spacious and also had gorgeous views. We were thrilled with the property. Rebecca, the property manager, was also very helpful and responsive. The house easily accommodated all 8 of us. The cousins loved having space to hang and play and the adults loved the views from the living room and upstairs decks. The kitchen was clean and very spacious. All 4 bathrooms had wide double sink vanities and big showers. The laundry room off of the huge garage was a nice bonus. Everything was updated very nicely and was clean. On the hotter days we all enjoyed the pool (which was not heated and chilly) & the hot tub (which only heats to 100 degrees). The location of the house was great too as we could easily walk to Uptown and quickly access HWYs 89A or 179. Highly recommend this property for a future stay!
