« It was an absolutely perfect stay. We loved everything about the hotel: modern decor, cleanliness, friendly people at the desk, nice selection of snacks and drinks, and lovely hand wash and body wash! Literally the only thing that wasn’t perfect were the bed pillows, which I found to be a bit lumpy. But that’s a minor complaint. I have already recommended this hotel to someone who frequently has traveling visitors. We will definitely stay here again if we return to Greensboro. »

Je n’ai pas pu faire mon check-in le soir de l’arrivée à cause d’une correspondance ratée, en arrivant le lendemain matin ma réservation a été annulée et même en faisant une nouvelle réservation on ne m’a pas laissé récupérer la chambre avant l’après midi (ma chambre non récupérée devait pourtant être prête puisque j’aurais du la récupérer la veille…) La responsable a quand même acceptée de rembourser une partie de l’ancienne réservation via le support hôtels.com qui est un...
