Dragon Cottage has been refurbished to a high standard recently and is very dog friendly. It is set in the very heart of the village and as you step out onto the cobbled street it is a short walking distance from the tea rooms, pubs, village store and post office. Sleeping up to 6, accommodation consists of two double bedrooms , one with ensuite and a family bathroom. There is sleeping facilities for two in the lounge on a sofa bed. The lounge has two sofas and a reclining armchair. Flat screen tv and free wifi. There is a dining table and seating for 4\. The well equipped kitchen has an oven and ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. Private parking for one car. Dent village retains a real feel of the past with its quaint cobbled streets and whitewashed stone cottages. Dent is also a walkers paradise. Its position offers the most wonderful opportunities for short or long distance walks. There are short easy walks along the River Dee and up Flintergill, longer walks around Cowgill and Deepdale. For the more advanced, The Dales Way passes through Dentdale or there are the famous Three Peaks for the really energetic. For those that enjoy a more relaxing holiday, why not have a stroll around the village and return to enjoy the comforts of your Yorkshire Dales Holiday home, Dragon Cottage.
