This property has all the comforts of your own home including a hot tub on the screened lanai, the perfect place to start and end your day. Sleep peacefully in your tempurpedic king-sized bed in the master bedroom with an addition queen in the guestroom. The living room even has a comfy sofa bed for extra guests. With lots of light in every room, you’ll enjoy a comfortable living and dining area, plus flatscreen TVs with Amazon Firesticks in both bedrooms. You’ll also have your own laundry area and a 1-car garage to park your car. Any linens, towels, and toiletries are always included. Whether you are into golfing the links or watching the races, Sun N Lake is the place for you. Two 18-hole golf courses await you in the neighborhood, and Sebring International Raceway is only a 20 minute drive away. Also to be explored are newly-renovated Downtown Sebring with a variety of shops, restaurants, and bars, the multitude of lakes for water enthusiasts, and the endless amount of nature trails to be explored by foot or by bicycle. Nice quiet neighborhood 2 minutes from hwy 27\. We really enjoyed the hot tub on the screened porch. The only issue that we had is our door code didn’t work at 7 am on checkout day.
