Come for a sunny stay in Central Florida and enjoy this newly renovated home that features a spacious open floorplan; luxury furnishings; and a beautiful location.

Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, this meticulous home is within walking/biking distance to such amenities as Highlands Hammock State Park (and its amazing bike trails), the YMCA, and the Sebring Municipal Golf Course. Huge eat-in kitchen provides a bay window-view of nicely landscaped yard, and adjoins the large attached formal dining room. Formal living room with electric fireplace and super plush carpeting, great room with 50 inch tv, air-conditioned sunroom/game room with commercial-grade Nautilus elliptical, weights, and executive office/u-shaped desk amenities. Three fully furnished bedrooms provide ample room to relax. Master bedroom offers 36 inch TV, walk-in closet, 2nd closet, and private bathroom. Besides a beautiful view, the large landscaped backyard provides the comfort of a cozy hammock and bench seating nestled under the shade of large oak trees. Attached oversized 2-car garage with automatic door opener.

Plenty of room for a family!

The house had plenty of room for our party of 6...The hostess was extremely friendly, and was available if we needed her. Well equipped kitchen, which was good since we were cooking for a reunion! Nice quiet neighborhood but still close to stores, etc. We would stay again

The closest stay to actually feeling like you are in your own home!

I would give a 1000 stars if possible! Jennifer is the most wonderful owner I have ever encountered! From a phone call to us to make sure we were safe and comfortable to the texts I had about a few questions! The house is spectacular with all the room, comfort, cleanliness, extras everything you need! A lot of my family lives in Sebring and they were able to gather together at this home to visit and eat with us with 6 of them being 80 to 90 years old! So much room! We had 11 around the dining room table to eat and visit! Thank you Jennifer!

Great Spacious Well-Kept Property

Super easy check-in. Loved having the garage door opener after we accessed the lockbox and key. Were able to drive into garage and unload without getting wet. This was important because it rained everyday we were in Sebring. Spacious living area and kitchen! We had family come visit and there was plenty of room to cook for everyone. Very kid friendly! In the lanai there were games and craft supplies which my granddaughters loved. I talked with the owner, Jennifer, twice and she was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend this property!

Very roomy and comfortable home!

I stayed here a full month with a group of colleagues, as we were working in the area. We all agreed that we loved this house! There is plenty of room and the home has everything you need. It’s located in a nice quiet, established neighborhood. The owners are very accommodating and were a pleasure to work with! I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking to stay in the Sebring area.

Florida Trip Spring of 2016

We were very happy with the house. It is very spacious and the home is in a great neighborhood. It is right next to the golf course and real close to the main highway. We stayed for a full week... There really was only one item, There is no in ground swimming pool. :) The pool up the street at the YMCA just is not my thing. So, if you don't care about that.. then I would recommend this to most anybody. Steve

Lovely location with lots of room to spread out

I was fortunate to find this gem. My husband travels often with his work and prefers to stay in a home vs a cold empty hotel. Jennifer was happy to assist on short notice. The house is spacious and plenty of room for the guys to spread out. It was very clean and was as the add described. There was also a grill so they could cook out as well as a fully loaded kitchen. Should they need to work in the area again, we would certainly chose this lovely home.
