Overall very happy
We were really impressed with the property, just a few things that could be improved. - More communication re the staff that are on site during the day. What do they do, do they organise lunches etc. It would have been fantastic to have this communicated prior to going so that we could arrange accordingly. - On a couple of the nights we arranged (through the property manager) for a chef to come in a cook for us. 1 night the food was fantastic but wasn't very much of it and when you have a group of 14 and not able to walk to the shop, this made it hard. On the other night the gas ran out, so they had to cook pizzas in the microwave as there was no spare gas bottle for them to use, this was pretty disappointing when you paying. - On the first night we ordered our meals to be delivered from the recommended place around the corner. This was the worst meal that we had within our time in Bali (14 nights this trip and I have been 8 times). It was cold on arrival and tasted dreadful. It was also quite expensive for what it was.
