Located in a highly desirable neighborhood and just a short walk from the St. Sebastian River Preserve, this gorgeous private residence is the perfect place to call your home away from home. The home is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 car garage with split floor plan offers the ultimate in convenience and privacy. Step through the front doors to cathedral ceilings & beautiful views out the triple pocket sliders to pool. Lush landscaping lets you swim in privacy & relax uninterrupted under the huge 300 SF covered Lanai which also features an outdoor shower and bathroom directly accessible from pool area. Use the outdoor gas grill or open the French doors and for easy access to the kitchen; an ideal set up for enjoying meals out by the pool. You will have full use of boogie boards, bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas etc. Roku TV and WiFi are provided for the 55” 4K Smart TV in the living room as well as the LED Smart TV in the master suite. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry facility. Small/Medium sized well behaved and house trained dogs are accepted. Non-refundable pet fee applies. ($100 first dog, $50 for 2nd). With quick access to all Sebastian has to offer and only 3 miles to the riverfront and 8 miles (15 min drive) to the nearest beach, and 20 minutes away from the mall, this home is perfect for everyone. Sebastian has that rare small town old Florida vibe. If you’re not familiar with the Treasure Coast or the Sebastian River area, you’re in for a wonderful treat!. Sebastian has a long history as a quaint fishing village and remains a place that cherishes and protects its natural beauty. This is where sea turtles nest, manatees frolic, dolphins play, pelicans roost, and tons of birds, fish, and nature lovers enjoy the Sebastian River. You will find Pelican Island here; the country's first National Wildlife Refuge founded over a hundred years ago. The area is also designated a safe habitat for the loggerhead turtles who come to nest on the beaches May through July. In season, there are free guided night trips to the beach to watch the turtles dig their nests and lay their eggs. The location was great, very private and quiet. The home was very clean and spacious, exceeded our expectations. Even the price was great, especially compared to other places that were much less private like condos, this one was less than half the price of other places we were considering. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet und bietet alles, was man für einen erholsamen Aufenthalt benötigt. Besonders begeistert hat uns der große Pool mit den Maßen 10m x 5m – perfekt für ein paar entspannte Bahnen oder zum Abkühlen an heißen Tagen. Das WLAN ist extrem schnell, was ein großes Plus ist, besonders wenn man auch im Urlaub online bleiben möchte. Es gibt außerdem zwei Fernseher, was für gemütliche Abende oder etwas Abwechslung sorgt. In der geräumigen Doppelgarage findet man drei Fahrräder sowie Stühle und einen Schirm für den Strand – sehr praktisch und durchdacht! Sebastian selbst ist ein wunderschöner Ort mit vielen tollen Restaurants. In nur 20 Minuten erreicht man den bewachten Strand am Atlantik, wo man sicher und entspannt baden kann. Einziger kleiner Kritikpunkt: Der Gasgrill sollte dringend erneuert werden. Er ist leider ziemlich verrostet und die Brenner sind defekt, was das Grillen etwas erschwert hat. Alles in allem eine tolle Unterkunft für einen gelungenen Urlaub in Florida – sehr empfehlenswert! ##### Carsten H.
