This house is a newly renovated, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and Queen Sofa Bed in Living Room. Single garage and Screen Enclosure Back Porch. This home is 10 minutes from the Wabasso beach, 2 miles from the Indian River Lagoon with access to the intracoastal waterway and the Sebastian Inlet. A short walk to the Sebastian Golf course and 10 minutes to ocean. This house comes with lawn service, WiFi and cable TV. Master Bedroom comes with a Queen Bed and private bathroom. Guest Bedroom comes with a Queen Bed. Long Stays available.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and the bedrooms provided comfortable beds. Our favorite spot was the screened porch surrounded by greenery and birds chirping. The home is in a safe neighborhood. We enjoyed walking our dog around the neighborhood. Shopping is close by. The owner responded to my question right away and was helpful. We highly recommend this place!

My lovely stay

I have stayed at this vacation rental for the past 3 year - why - because I throughly enjoy this home.The home is open concept and has a nice lanai for morning coffee - meals - and Happy Hour. Always clean and inviting upon arrival. My hosts live across the street - but I have never needed them as everything is perfect.I love the location - close to everything I enjoy - The Indian River walk - stores - and restaurantsI will absolutely book the home again in the near future

A Truly Delightful Vacation Spot in Sebastian, Florida

We spent 14 wonderful days at this very nice home, conveniently situated near a variety of excellent restaurants, convenient shopping, many parks for walking, the intercostal waterway for both fishing and boating and great ocean beach access just a short drive away. The home is delightful with a large, open living, dining & kitchen space, very well equipped with everything you would need for your stay. There are T.V.s in both the living room and bedroom and the WiFi service is excellent. The two bedrooms, both with very comfortable beds, great closet space and each with an adjoining full bath, are situated at opposite ends of the house for privacy and there is a very nice enclosed porch area with table and chairs for both relaxation and as an alternative dining spot. The garage accommodated our car with ease and it has a top-of-the-line washer and dryer. The neighborhood is quiet and we found it very comfortable for morning and evening walks. We really had a great time at "Chez De La Hoz" and we will not hesitate to rebook this vacation rental for our next stay in the Sebastian, FL area.

Relaxing get away close to harbor

We were looking for a place to escape the cold and found this house. Everything was clean. It was close to the harbor that we could have rode bikes to. Sebastian is easy to get around. Nice park and a nice walkway along the harbor.

Just what we needed!

Perfect house for our short stay in Sebastian. Plenty of room for two couples, very private with beds and baths at opposite ends of the house. Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, glasses, mugs, flatware and cookware. Enjoyed the screened in patio. Quiet neighborhood, enjoyed the morning walks. Very easy to book and easy to follow check-in procedure. Thank you Hilda for a carefree mini vacation.

Great family vacation

I rented this property for a week through Easter and loved everything about it. My 2 preschool grandsons had plenty of room to spread out and play and we loved having lots of choices for kids shows when they needed downtime after a busy day playing at the beach. The owner was quickly responsive (fixed in 30 mins.) to a problem with the toilet, kitchen was well appointed and the washer & dryer came in handy after a weekly stay. Location was convenient to beaches and grocery stores and the neighborhood was very quiet and safe. We will be back!
