There is a small garage but we were able to park a minivan by leaving the garage door open. The house is on 4 floors so there are a lot of steps. It had everything our family of 5 needed and we could walk most places. My only complaint is that the living room floor and master (upstairs) were quite warm during the day. The master took a significant amount of time to cool down at night. It was cool outside and we had the windows open, fans set up and portable AC on, but it took hours to cool down the master when the temperatures were in the 80’s outside. ##### Erin V.
