The lack of AC was definitely an issue but the host provided several fans for us to use through the night. The toilet did have issues, but the host was very prompt in fixing the issue. The included parking is very helpful, as street parking is difficult in the neighborhood. That said, the unit needs some work and updating. Rugs and comforters were dirty, some common items were missing from the kitchen, and the bathroom was dirty on check-in. The street is incredibly loud, so it’s difficult to sleep with windows open and there is no AC in the unit. I would not stay there again in the summertime. ##### laura l. The check-in process was fairly easy, we had to meet up with an employee to get us access to the building and get our keys. We enjoyed hanging out on the balcony, being able to walk to most places, and having access to streaming services on the TV. Upon arrival we found a big toenail on desk, a long hair on kitchen counter, a screw on floor next to bed, dirty tub and empty hand soap bottle. The toilet mainly flushed by us removing the lid and manually lifting lever. The reason they tell you to close the door and make sure nobody follows you in is because it seems every homeless person in Seattle lives on that street. It is above a restaurant and bar so the noise goes to all hours. In addition to sirens blaring all night every night. The 7th floor area shown is only accesssible from 1st ave. This location is on 2nd ave. The only light in bedroom is two bedside lamps. There’s no ac and only a fan in living area. The only good thing about this space is the location. It is centrally located to all major attraction Seattle. Highly disappointed in this stay especially considering the price I paid to do so. I have pics for reference. ##### Jennifer T.
